Cookie Policy
Effective date: 9 October 2026
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks your browser to keep and hand back on later visits, so that the site can recognise the browser. Similar technologies do the same job by other means — storing data in the browser, loading a tiny image to register a visit, or assembling a signature from your device's settings.
This page lists each of those technologies and says what neatmotif.online does with it. This policy is published by KASSANDRA, spol. s r.o., Pod Stráněmi 818, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic, company registration 48911097.
What we checked
- Cookies set by this site
- Not used. No page on this domain sets a cookie of any kind, including session cookies and preference cookies.
- Cookies set by others through this site
- Not used. No third party is given the opportunity: the site loads nothing from any other server, so nobody else can place a cookie while you are here.
- localStorage
- Not used. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage, which is why the checklists do not remember which boxes you have ticked.
- sessionStorage
- Not used. Nothing is kept for the duration of your visit either.
- IndexedDB
- Not used. No database is created in your browser.
- Tracking pixels
- Not used. There are no invisible images, beacons or counters on any page.
- Browser fingerprinting
- Not used. We do not read or combine device characteristics to recognise a browser, and we run no script that would.
- Web fonts and third-party scripts
- Not used. The site uses the fonts already on your computer, and the only JavaScript is a short first-party file that opens the small-screen menu and runs the print button. Nothing is fetched from a content delivery network.
- Server access logs
- Used. Our hosting provider records each request to the site: the IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string. These logs are kept for 30 days and are used for security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis.
Why there is no banner
Consent banners exist so that a site can ask permission before setting cookies that are not strictly necessary. This site sets none, so there is nothing to ask about. A banner here would be worse than pointless: it would imply that something is being stored on your device, which is not true, and it would train you to click through a notice that means nothing.
What does happen when you read a page
Your browser asks our hosting provider for the page, the stylesheet and the script. The provider sends them and writes a line in its access log. Your browser displays the page using fonts already installed on your computer. That is the whole of it. No other server is contacted, nothing is written to your device, and when you close the tab nothing remains.
The checklists are a consequence of this. They are printed squares in a list rather than controls, and a tick cannot be saved because saving it would mean storing data in your browser. Printing the All checklists page is the intended way to keep track.
After you follow an affiliate link
Some links in the course are paid affiliate links to a game vendor. Once you follow one you are on someone else's site, and the game vendor and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us. We do not control those cookies, cannot see them, and cannot switch them off for you. Their own cookie and privacy notices are the place to find out what they do, and they are worth reading before you register anywhere.
Blocking or clearing cookies in general
Nothing here needs to be blocked, but the controls are worth knowing for the rest of the web. Every major browser has a privacy or content-settings section where you can block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, clear everything already stored, or clear data for a single site. Most also offer a private or incognito window that discards cookies when the window closes. The exact menu names differ between browsers and change between versions, so your browser's own help pages are the reliable guide. Blocking cookies entirely will break sites that use them for logging in; this one will behave exactly the same.
If this ever changes
If we ever introduce a cookie or any form of browser storage, this page will be rewritten to describe it before the first cookie is set, with a new effective date, and a working consent mechanism will be in place at the same time. We will not add tracking quietly and update the paperwork afterwards.
