Contact
There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate: a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed. Email reaches us directly and leaves the message in your own sent folder, where you can see it.

If your message is a privacy request — access to, or correction of, personal information — please put the words Privacy request in the subject line, so it is routed properly. The Privacy Policy explains what happens next and the time limits that apply.

What we can help with
- Corrections — a step that is wrong, out of date, or that describes something that has changed.
- Clarifications — a sentence in a checklist that does not make sense.
- Questions about how this site is funded, beyond what the Affiliate Disclosure page already says.
- Privacy requests and privacy complaints.
- Legal and copyright matters, including trade mark questions from a brand owner.
What we cannot help with
- Technical support for a game or a computer. We have no connection to any publisher, we cannot see your machine, and we cannot recover an account.
- Account, billing or refund problems with a game. Those go to the publisher or store first; Step 5 explains the Australian bodies to approach after that.
- Individual legal, financial or security advice. The course is general information and nothing on this site is advice about your particular situation.
- Guest posts, link exchanges and advertising placements. We do not publish them.
How long a reply takes
Ordinary messages are usually answered within a few working days. Privacy requests and privacy complaints are answered within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy. We keep the content of email correspondence for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, and nothing in that correspondence is used for marketing — there is no mailing list to add you to.
Urgent problems
If something has happened that needs an authority rather than a publisher, these are the Australian bodies, and contacting them directly is faster than contacting us: Scamwatch for scams, the eSafety Commissioner for online safety, the OAIC for privacy, and the ACCC for consumer matters. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the police on 000.
